Poetry Slam!

Here's a sample of the excellent poetry we heard at our successful Poetry Slam!
Gossip

Is gossip the latest trend or is it a pathetic way to lose a friend?

Is gossip cool or is it a one way ticket to be hated at school?

Is gossip used to get fame or is it a demented game?

Is a mean txt a new trend or is it a way to betray a good friend?

If I gossip am I looking for fun or does it cause rage to someone?

When I’m the person to start is it cool or does it pierce the victim like a dart?

Is gossip the latest trend?

Heck no, let’s make it end.
